Belen Gualcho is a picturesque village nestled in the mountains of the Ocotepeque region of Honduras, with a population of around 16,000 people. This vibrant community is home to a group of dedicated coffee farmers producing exceptional beans grown in this unique high-altitude environment.

The coffee was source from Belen Gualcho and originates from seven local farmers each cultivating just 1 to 2 acres of land. Their dedication to sustainable farming practices and high-quality production has made Belen Gualcho a standout origin. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting local communities and ensuring exceptional coffee.

Roast Story:

Grown at 1,700 meters above sea level, Belen Gualcho coffee stands out for its dense, complex beans that thrive in the high-altitude climate. After experimenting with various roast profiles, they crafted a light roast that perfectly highlights the natural acidity and intricate flavor notes of this exceptional coffee.
