The coffee was source from Belen Gualcho and originates from seven local farmers each cultivating just 1 to 2 acres of land. Their dedication to sustainable farming practices and high-quality production has made Belen Gualcho a standout origin. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting local communities and ensuring exceptional coffee.

Grown at 1,700 meters above sea level, Belen Gualcho coffee stands out for its dense, complex beans that thrive in the high-altitude climate. After experimenting with various roast profiles, they crafted a light roast that perfectly highlights the natural acidity and intricate flavor notes of this exceptional coffee.
