Origin Story:
The beans for this roast are sourced from Finca Agua Fria, located in the San Sebastian, Lempira region of Honduras. The coffee from Agua Fria benefits from its high-altitude environment of 1,900–2,000 MASL, which contributes to its unique flavor profile.
Farming in this remote area presents significant challenges, from limited infrastructure to difficult transportation routes. Despite these obstacles, the farmers approach their work with unwavering dedication and optimism.
